4. What is the lead time for orders?

Standard production time is typically 12 weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece and the level of customization. Lead times for prototypes or special materials may vary.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Our logistics team coordinates safe and efficient delivery, whether you need white-glove service, curbside delivery, or shipment to a warehouse or site.

6. Can I order just one piece?

Yes. We do not have minimum order quantities. Whether it’s a single statement piece or a full project, we’re happy to accommodate both private clients and trade professionals.

7. What materials do you use?

We work exclusively with high-quality, responsibly sourced materials, including solid woods, high-resilience foams, premium fabrics, natural stones, and metal finishes. Each element is chosen for its beauty, durability, and character.

8. Do you provide 3D models or technical drawings?

10. Is there a showroom I can visit?

Yes. Our showroom and design studio are located in Paços de Ferreira, Portugal. Visits are by appointment only. A New York presence is also available for meetings and design previews.
